TIME TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1-4 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary due to high demand or unforeseen delays.
SHIPPING
Automatic Processing: Once an order is placed on our website, it is automatically processed through the UPS system, meaning that address changes cannot be made after the order is submitted.
Tracking Information: Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Use this information to track your package’s progress.
Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options, including standard and express delivery. Choose the option that best fits your needs during checkout.
Order Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled based on available stock at the time of processing. If any item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer options for backordering or substituting items.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Insurance Policy: Shipments are uninsured by default unless specifically requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Insurance costs 5% of the parcel’s value. We advise considering insurance for valuable items to safeguard against potential loss or damage.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Liability: Once orders leave our facilities, they are governed by UPS’s Terms and Conditions of Transport. In case of loss or damage to uninsured items, any compensation will follow the regulations of the CMR or Warsaw Convention. All shipments are subject to UPS’s terms and conditions.
FOB / FCA – TERMS
FOB Shipping: As the manufacturer, our responsibility concludes once the product leaves our facility. Operating under FOB/FCA terms, the risk is transferred to the customer at the time of shipment.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES
Duties and Taxes: Shipping costs do not include any duties or taxes due upon arrival. Additional customs fees may apply in the destination country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and settle any such charges.
CUSTOMER RESPONSE TIME
Timely Communication: If we do not receive a prompt response from the customer regarding shipping details, the shipment will proceed according to UPS’s standard procedures. Customers may also choose to organize their own pickup if preferred.
EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION
Upgrade Option: If you need expedited delivery but did not select Express shipping initially, please request an upgrade to UPS EXPRESS Saver within 2 hours of placing your order. We will send a link to cover the cost difference, and the order will be processed for express delivery.
TRANSPORT-RELATED ISSUES
Resolution of Issues: By proceeding with shipping, the customer agrees that any transport-related issues will be managed directly with UPS. Our team is available to assist as needed, and if the carrier provides compensation for any loss or damage, CFB will process a refund upon receipt.
