Apparitex

Our Ethical Practices

At Apparitex, we’re dedicated to ethical fair trade methods to stop the exploitation of labourers or the
environment when producing apparel.

In our opinion, happier employees produce better-quality clothing because they are more driven to do well in a safe, supportive work environment and under good employment standards.

Factories & Working Conditions

Our  team individually audits each of our facilities; we do not hire workers younger than 16 and that promptly deliver basic pay that is at least the minimum wage.

Since there are no forced labour methods in our factories, employees are free to refuse to work overtime and receive additional compensation for it when they do.

Our manufacturing facilities have adequate lighting and sanitary facilities, and the equipment and working conditions are as safe as possible to reduce the risk of work-related accidents.

Examples include the absence of exposed electrical wiring and outlets, the adequate space between workstations, and the availability of safety gear such as facemasks, steel mesh, and gloves.

Organic Practices

Additionally, we collaborate with fabric mills that have earned certifications from OEKO-TEX 100 and GOTS for employing organic production methods and being safe for human consumption.
