Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Return Process
All returns, regardless of reason, are the responsibility of the customer, including transportation costs, as we operate strictly under FOB/FCA terms.

Return Authorization
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back. Returns without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Inspection Period
Customers have 7 days from receipt to inspect items and report any issues. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within this time frame.

REFUNDS

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if the return complies with our policies. If returned items do not meet policy requirements, CFB reserves the right to deny a refund, and items may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

BLANKS ORDERS

Stock Availability for Private Labels
Stock for private label orders is not guaranteed. If a paid sample is unavailable, the customer will be notified and can select an alternative model, size, or color.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Inspection
Each product undergoes strict quality control prior to shipping. Customers should inspect items upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 7 days to ensure prompt assistance.
