In order to create the technical drawings and tech packs that will translate your ideas onto paper and into reality, our staff will talk with you about your ideas and offer advice on fabrications and appropriate printing techniques.

Fabrics & Trims Sourcing

Our sourcing team sources a wide variety of fabrics, trims, notions, buttons, and zippers for your designs by collaborating with our network of regional vendors. There are further options for custom fabrications, Printing, cuttings, and suggestions.

Sampling in Clothing Manufacturing

For us to create the paper patterns and grade the sizes before cutting and sewing your samples, our devoted sampling lines and highly skilled workers typically require two to three weeks.

QC of Samples

Our product development team will review your samples once they are created to ensure consistency and determine if they are ready for use.

It may require up to 7 or 14 days, depending on the size of the order.

The minimum order requirements are 80 – 100 pieces per COLOUR for 1 DESIGN and 480-500 pieces per ORDER.

For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 1500 meters to 2000 meters per fabric type.

It usually take 4-6 months to be completed using stock fabric and 6-8 months for custom produced fabrics.

Leads time are calculated on estimated from the date we start to the completion of production.

We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirement.

We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.

For orders weighing above 100kg/500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.

Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
