Before we start the exciting process of building your brand, please take notice of the following requirements and specifications.
Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.
Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.
Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated .
A size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used.
The typical range of requirements from clients we encounter is $5,000 for a t-shirt collection to $10,000 for a 200-piece womenswear/menswear collection.
For a single DESIGN, the minimum order requirements are 50–80 pieces per colour, and for an ORDER, 200–500 pieces.
The minimum order for custom-developed fabrics ranges from 1500 to 2000 meters depending on the type of cloth.
When using stock fabric, it typically takes 2-4 months to complete, and when utilising custom-produced fabric, it takes 4-6 months.
The lead time is estimated based on the date of start and the end of manufacturing.
We provide a variety of delivery choices to meet your needs and financial constraints.
To transport your goods by air or sea freight, we work with a number of reliable freight forwarders and shipping companies, like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and others.
We provide sea freight options to certain countries for orders weighing more than 500 pieces or 100 kg.

Once your inquiry has been received, we will talk about the specifics of your project and provide you with a link to the order form so you can submit your ideas.
We will analyse your submission and get back to you with a personalised price quote for your job
Don’t have a tech pack? No problem—We can draft and create one for you, so no worries. The techpack will include specifications, instructions, and technical data that will be sent to our facilities so they can produce your apparel.
We will need you to provide us samples for fitting and sizing references after the price estimate is approved. In order to discover appropriate fabrics and trims for your ideas, we will start the sourcing process and send them to you for approval.
Our internal design team will assist with finalising your specifications and creating tech packs for your designs while the sourcing process is in progress. We will email these tech packs to you for approval prior to beginning work on the samples. Keep in mind that as everything is handmade, it often requires two trial rounds before all the details are perfect and suitable for mass production.
Once the samples meet your expectations, we will start mass production as soon as we get your approval on samples and down payment.
Upon completion of the mass production, the products will be inspected by our quality control staff to make sure no problems exist. We will replace all damaged pieces and address any problems prior to the products being forwarded to the packaging unit.
This is the last section! We will assist you in completing the shipment papers and setting up the delivery of your items to your home during this phase. At this point, the remaining balance and shipping costs must be paid in full before your purchases may be shipped.
